One of the largest real estate companies in the Triangle area of North Carolina was seeking to update their brand identity for its luxury and suburban offerings within the larger metropolitan market. While they’ve operated in the market for some time, the brand was in need of a refresh and a cohesive market strategy if they were to stand out above the competition.
In addition to an identity system, we created a suite of sales collateral including website, advertising, and marketing templates while working closely with team-members to provide brand guardianship on the internal toolkit aimed at new homeowners. Alongside their top performing sales team, results garnered a 173% YoY increase in web traffic, 150% YoY increase across social channels, and over 89% YoY increase across home sales.
